YOU Not Me®
YOU Not Me® was built on a simple truth: talent alone doesn’t create greatness—relationships do.
Through years as a professional athlete, business leader, coach, mentor, and trainer, our founder saw why some teams and organizations thrive while others fall short. The difference isn’t skill or strategy—it’s culture, trust, and intentional relationships. These insights became the foundation of the YOU Not Me® Movement and its proprietary platforms, including the YOU Not Me® Mindset, RE3 Transformation Platform, Selfless Selling® Sales Training, and the YOU Not Me® Relational Index, now used by organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies, as well as collegiate and professional sports programs.
Chris Behrmann
Chris Behrmann is the Founder and Visionary of YOU Not Me®, and the creator and author of the YOU Not Me® Mindset and Selfless Selling®. With nearly three decades of experience in sales, leadership, culture building, and team development, Chris helps individuals and organizations unlock extraordinary growth by focusing on what matters most—people and relationships.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked with numerous start-up and high-growth companies, where he was specifically chosen to help define and build their mission, vision, values, and culture. His ability to align people around purpose and create environments rooted in trust and accountability played a key role in scaling organizations, strengthening teams, and contributing to long-term success—including multiple successful acquisitions. These experiences reinforced a core truth Chris teaches today: culture is not a side initiative—it is the strategy.
Chris’s journey began like many high achievers—chasing success, performance, money, and recognition—until he learned how quickly those things can disappear. After losing everything in the 2008 real estate crash, Chris realized that achievement without connection leads to emptiness, but relationships endure even the hardest circumstances. That defining moment sparked a profound Shift in Mindset from me to you, transforming how he leads, works, and lives. By prioritizing faith, family, and people before himself, Chris discovered a simple, repeatable way to build unity, trust, and sustainable success.
A Clemson University graduate and former professional soccer player, Chris brings the mindset of a teammate and the heart of a servant into every room he enters. He is deeply passionate about developing transformational leaders—in organizations, on teams, and in families—who create life-changing environments where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to become their best in every aspect of life.
Chris lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and their two sons. He enjoys supporting his family, walking alongside his boys in their collegiate athletic journeys, working out, playing sports, and spending time outdoors.
