Everything changed in an instant when I realized I chased after the wrong things in life. I realized I needed to Shift My Mindset and saw that nothing in life surpasses the importance of Relationship. On the other hand, if you know how to develop great relationships, it won't matter what you do. You will live an extraordinary life filled with joy and success beyond measure! 

Once I made this shift and focused on developing relationships through empowering others to exceed their goals before my own, I found my passion in life and my sales went through the roof. I became the number one sales representative in the nation at my next four companies. I took the complexity of relationships and reduced it to a simple framework that anyone can execute - anywhere, anytime. This set me apart from the crowd and led not only to winning a number of sales awards, but also company culture and company MVP awards. My contributions helped the entire company and my teams grow and get better. The key came through my desire. I did not do it for myself. I wanted everyone to achieve the same success that I had, and even more. Through many years of playing team sports at the collegiate and professional level, as well as selling, coaching, mentoring, training, and managing others in the business world, I have learned how to create great teams and loyal teammates.  Why do amazing teams on paper often fall short of their potential?
